- Booking: 50% advance payment required to confirm the booking. Balance to be paid 7 days before departure.
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 15+ days before trip. 50% refund for 7–14 days. No refund within 7 days.
- Weather: Snow destinations are subject to weather conditions. Itinerary may change due to road closures, landslides or heavy snowfall.
- Rohtang/Passes: Access to Rohtang Pass and high-altitude locations depends on BRO road clearance and government permits.
- Health: Travellers with heart conditions, breathing issues or pregnant women should consult a doctor before visiting high-altitude destinations.
- ID Proof: Valid government ID (Aadhaar/Passport) is mandatory for all travellers. Foreign nationals need special permits for certain areas.
- Group Size: Minimum 4 persons required for group packages. Solo/couple packages available at different rates.
- Check-in/out: Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in subject to availability.
