Terms & Conditions

• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the date of departure.
• Payment can be made via UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or Cash.
• Booking is confirmed only after receiving payment and a written confirmation from Find Ur Trip via WhatsApp or Email.
• For group bookings (10+ people), special payment terms may apply. Contact us for details.
• All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice during peak season.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp or Email). The following refund policy applies based on the number of days before the trip departure date:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• If the trip is cancelled by Find Ur Trip due to weather, natural disasters or government restrictions, a full refund or date change will be offered.
• No refund will be given for unused services, early departure, or late arrival.

• All itineraries are subject to change depending on weather conditions, road closures, landslides, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Find Ur Trip reserves the right to modify, cancel, or rearrange the itinerary to ensure traveller safety.
• If any destination becomes inaccessible, an equivalent alternative will be provided at no extra cost.
• Snow destinations (Rohtang Pass, Nathu La, etc.) depend on BRO road clearance and government permits — access is not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdown are beyond our control and no refund will be provided for time lost.

• Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (unless specified otherwise).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur extra charges.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel and is on a twin/double sharing basis unless a single occupancy supplement is paid.
• Find Ur Trip reserves the right to change the hotel to a similar or higher category if the confirmed hotel is unavailable.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by the traveller will be charged directly.
• For houseboats (Kerala/Kashmir), AC operation is typically available from 9 PM to 6 AM only.

• AC vehicle is provided for all sightseeing as per itinerary. Vehicle type depends on group size (sedan, SUV, or tempo traveller).
• Vehicle is not available for personal use beyond the planned itinerary. Extra usage will be charged separately.
• Night driving is avoided in hill/mountain areas for safety. Driver's decision on road conditions is final.
• Volvo/bus tickets (if included) are non-refundable as per bus operator policies.
• In remote/hilly areas, smaller vehicles or jeeps may be used due to narrow roads.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) is mandatory for all travellers.
• For children below 18 years, a birth certificate or school ID is required along with parent's ID.
• Foreign nationals must carry their Passport and Indian Visa. Special permits (ILP/RAP) are required for Sikkim, Ladakh, and border areas of Kutch.
• Travellers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits. Find Ur Trip will assist Indian nationals with ILP/permit processing.
• No refund will be provided if a traveller is denied entry due to insufficient documents.

• Travellers with heart conditions, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, or pregnant women should consult a doctor before visiting high-altitude destinations.
• Travel insurance is not included in any package. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before the trip.
• Find Ur Trip is not responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
• Participation in adventure activities (paragliding, river rafting, skiing, bungee jumping, etc.) is at the traveller's own risk.
• Travellers must carry personal medication, first-aid kit, and warm clothing for hill/snow destinations.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited during group trips.

• Minimum 4 persons required for group package pricing. Solo/couple packages available at different rates.
• Travellers must follow the group schedule and timings. Late arrivals at pickup points will not be waited for.
• Respectful behaviour towards co-travellers, locals, hotel staff, and drivers is expected at all times.
• Find Ur Trip reserves the right to remove a traveller from the group (without refund) for misconduct, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Smoking is not allowed in AC vehicles, hotel rooms, or shared spaces.
• Littering at tourist spots, trekking trails, or natural sites is strictly prohibited.

• Find Ur Trip may photograph or record video during trips for marketing and social media purposes.
• By joining a trip, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
• Drone photography requires local government permission and is the traveller's responsibility.
• Photography is restricted at certain military/government sites, especially near borders (Kutch, Nathu La, LOC areas).

• Find Ur Trip acts as a tour organiser and intermediary between travellers, hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers (airlines, railways, hotels, etc.).
• In case of any dispute, both parties will first attempt an amicable resolution through discussion.
• Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• Find Ur Trip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version on the website will always apply.
